Using Oh It’s Love

Adults only and honest participation
You must be at least 18 to create or use an account. Provide accurate account and profile information, use photos you have permission to share, and never impersonate another person. Keep your password private. Email verification confirms access to an email address; it is not identity verification or a background check. The honesty pledge is a voluntary commitment.
Respect and safety
Harassment, hate, threats, stalking, scams, exploitation, spam, sexual solicitation, illegal activity, and sharing another person’s private information without permission are prohibited. Do not upload intimate images or content involving minors. Use blocking and reporting when needed. For emergencies, contact your local emergency services; this site is not an emergency service.
Profiles, matching, and communication
Member profiles and search require a verified account. Profiles and photos are subject to review before becoming visible to other members. A mutual match requires both people to choose Yes. Friend introductions require acceptance by both people. Friend stories require the profile owner’s approval and moderation. Participation does not guarantee a match, a response, a relationship, or another member’s conduct.
Your content
You retain ownership of your content and give Ohitslove.com permission to store, display, and process it to operate and moderate the service. Only share content you have the right to use. You can change profile visibility and contact preferences, remove photos, and request account deletion.
Moderation and account access
We may review content and reported activity, restrict features, remove content, or suspend accounts for violations or safety concerns. Moderation staff can access information needed for review, including reported communications. Suspended members can submit an appeal through Settings or contact support. Moderation cannot prevent every harmful interaction.
Free membership and service changes
Current membership features are free and do not require a payment card. The service and these terms may change. Material changes will be described on the site before they take effect. Stop using the service and contact support if you do not agree to updated terms.
Leaving the service
Use Settings to change your visibility, request an export, or submit an account closure request. Closure requests require staff processing. Contact support@ohitslove.com if you cannot access your account. These terms do not limit rights you have under applicable law.
